By Car
Take Junction 9 off M62 and head south towards Warrington along the A49.
After 1.5 miles, straight on through the lights with MacDonalds on the right. Proceed past the Tesco Superstore and The Halliwell Jones Stadium before turning right at next set of traffic lights. The Stadium is immediately acrsoss from the Tesco Store.

The nearest station to the stadium is Warrington Central. When leaving the station turn right, you will see the Martin Dawes East Stand. Continue walking down the road and you will reach the Stadium.
Warrington Bank Quay Station is just over a mile from the Stadium, we suggest you take a taxi from the rank at the entrance, the journey should take no more than 3-5 minutes.
"In the past the Train was the chosen means of travel for many but rising prices seem to have lessened the numbers, for those that do go by rail there is a direct train every hour to Warrington Central."

Good Drinking At:
There are plenty of pubs around the vicinity.
There are 2 Wetherspoons. The Looking Glass is the nearest to central station/ground - come out of the station, turn left, go under the bridge, turn left into Scotland Road and it's on the right hand side a few hundred yards or so. Alternatively, head straight on towards the fountains, turn left into Buttermarket Street and it's at the bottom.
Not far from the Looking Glass is the Lower Angel which I believe serves real ales.
The other Wetherspoons is the Friar Penketh. Go straight on through the town centre, turn right by the Feathers and it's on the left hand side.
If you turn right out of the station, there is the Kings Hhead, which has a good mix of home and away fans, and usually a DJ in the back marquee.
Further on towards the ground are the Rodney, Red Lion and Three Pigeons.
There are plenty more pubs around Warrington which cater for different needs and tastes!
The last few years, most fans tend to head to the Kings Head after the game, before the train home. It's usually a pretty lively mix and a great place to mingle with the Warrington fans, who are usually most welcoming and hospitable!
